Terms and Conditions

Surya Travels makes every effort to provide you with the best of the services, making your tour more pleasant and most memorable one. We strive and Endeavour to provide safe and secured tour without any misunderstanding between the tour escort, company and you. 

Please read and understand the booking conditions for your holiday tour packages before you book any of the tours. The terms and conditions given below, on our website, the tour registration form and any other printed material together with FAQ (frequently asked questions) forms the basis of our contract with you. 

Surya Travels reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any tour it has advertised or published if it is deemed advisible or necessary without assigning any reason if the tour is cancelled all amount paid by you will be fully refunded, but no compensation is payable for consequential loss suffered. 

Tour timing and itinerary are subject to change. Consequently it may be revised at any time during the tour, with or without notice depending on the exigencies of occasion. We will try to advise you of these amendments, prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In this case if any tour participant misses any part of sight seeing due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim a refund for the same. No refund is payable for any unutilized services. 

Surya Travels accepts no responsibilities for losses, additional expenses due to delay or change, missed connections, strike, weather/ quarentine or other causes howsoever caused and all such expenses must be borne by the tourists. 

Important Points:

1. Surya Travels is an online marketplace. It does not operate bus services of its own. In order to provide a comprehensive choice of bus operators, departure times and prices to customers, it has tied up with many bus operators. Surya Travels advice to customers is to choose bus operators they are aware of and whose service they are comfortable with.

Surya Travels responsibilities include: 

- Issuing a valid ticket (a ticket that will be accepted by the bus operator) for its network of bus operators

- Providing refund and support in the event of cancellation

- Providing customer support and information in case of any delays / inconvenience

It should be strictly through official mails... Payment against the Cofirmation of the Tour should be made with our Official Bank accounts mentioned in our website or reply mails ONLY...

The management is no responsible for any other mode of payment / E-mail / Phone / Whatsapp and other than mentioned in the website.

Surya Travels responsibilities do NOT include:

* The bus operators bus not departing / reaching on time.

* The bus operator's employees being rude.

* The bus operators bus seats etc not being up to the customer's expectation.

* The bus operator cancelling the trip due to unavoidable reasons.

* The baggage of the customer getting lost / stolen / damaged.

* The bus operator changing a customer's seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady / child.

* The customer waiting at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact, boarding point if you are not a regular traveller on that particular bus).

* The bus operator changing the boarding point and/or using a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point.

* Passengers are required to furnish the following at the time of boarding the bus: A copy of the ticket (A print out of the ticket or the print out of the ticket e-mail).

* Identity proof (Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card). Failing to do so, they may not be allowed to board the bus.

* All tickets issued shall be non-transferable.

* Passengers are required to reach the boarding place before 30 min of scheduled departure time.

* Change in Bus Type: In case the bus operator changes the type of bus due to some reason or any other discrepancy, we will refund the differential amount to the customer only upon being intimated by the bus operator.

* we are not the responsible for any kind of changes in bus departing/arvial time .

* it will fully dependent on Bus operator.

The bus time could be Varey 1 to 2 hours.
